We'll start accepting grant applications for the 2021-2022 calendar year after our next letter campaign begins in August/September 2021.
Grant Request for Funding
Applications must be received by United Fund or postmarked on or before January 10, 2022, or delivered to the United Fund tote located in the entryway at Grace Lutheran Church, 1105 North Bequette Street, Dodgeville, WI (to the south of McDonalds), by 3:00 PM that day.
The application asks for basic facts about your group, a specific description of your proposed project, program or event. This is in a PDF document for you to fill out. It also may be printed and completed as a handwritten document.
Our volunteer board cannot evaluate incomplete proposals. Consequently, before you submit your funding request, please be certain that you have provided all the requested information.

All applicants must provide:
Section A: If you received funds last year from United Fund of Iowa County, Please complete question 10 and 11.
Section B: Please describe your program, Project or Event. Do not leave any sections blank. Be sure to sign the bottom of page 4.
